Fidel Castro, the former Revolutionary leader of Cuba has died. The news was announced by his brother Raoul Castro, the current leader of Cuba. 

"The commander in chief of the Cuban revolution died at 22:29 hours this evening," President Raul Castro said on Friday, November 25, 2016.

President Raoul Castro said, in a message to the Cuban nation the nation broadcasted on state television that Fidel Castro had died and will  be cremated on Saturday, November 26,

A member of the South African elite police unit, known as Hawks, has withhold pieces of evidence in the murder of the Rwandan former spy chief and opposition leader, Colonel Patrick Karegeya, sources close to the family have told AfroAmerica Network. According to the sources, the police officer allegedly tried to get bribes to falsify or make the evidences, including fingerprints, disappear. No information is available regarding who was going to pay the bribes, but it is believed it could be Rwandan government intelligence operatives based in South Africa.

After close to a decade of ruling as prime minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau has announced his resignation as the  leader of Canada's governing party, the Liberal Party.  The resignations comes after weeks of controversy including the Canadian national budget and the policies of the US President-elect Donald Trump towards Canada.  Justin Trudeau announced his resignation during  a news conference in Ottawa, stating that  he will stay on as Prime Minister until his replacement, a new Liberal Party leader,  has been  chosen.
